Cauliflower is part of the Cruciferous Vegetable family. It helps fight cancer and heart disease by reducing inflammation and providing plenty of antioxidants.
It is best to eat Cauliflower after it has been slightly cooked and cut, so that its magical Healthful properties may become activated, and some of the acidity is reduced.
Cauliflower contains soluble fiber, which helps clean the arteries. In addition to vitamins and other nutrients, Cauliflower’s phytochemicals help combat carcinogens because of their antioxidant properties.
